Project Spotlight: Amazing Bathroom Remodel in Aurora
J&J Construction was hired to remodel two bathrooms. The master bathroom we are featuring here, had a lot of wasted space, limited storage and awkward placement of a window. The customer wanted to keep the original footprint to save money and keep the project on a short schedule.
After the initial consultation, we began demolition of the walls dividing the toilet and shower stall from the rest of the room. We removed the window and replaced the over-sized jacuzzi tub with a beautiful soaker tub by Kohler. By removing the window, the wall was then able to accommodate a larger vanity and two linen cabinets on each side of the vanity.
We used Oil-rubbed Kohler fixtures which made a bold statement to the room, wouldn’t you agree? I personally love the hand-held shower spray in addition to the sunflower shower head! Pay attention to the custom shower seat made of granite, surrounded by glass shower walls. The bliss glass tile in the niches added an elegant touch. The niches were custom sized for the client’s specific needs.
When finished this Masterpiece was spacious and open. It had triple the storage space and double the shower space. What a beautiful and timeless Master Bathroom.
Once finished here, this client was anxious to have her Hall Bathroom started. For more pictures check out our project portfolio page. If you are thinking about a remodel, we hope that you will contact us. You can click here to schedule a consultation, or you can call us at (630) 904-8500.
