We’re ready to help. We’ve made it possible for our customers to plan, consult, and complete remodeling projects, while still meeting the guidelines for social distancing. We’ve always been proud of our best-in-class customer service and state-of-the-art 3D design presentations. Now, they’re part of our virtual consultations!

These updates allow you to plan out your remodel with a design specialist from the comfort of your home. Thinking of bigger changes? Consultations for additions and all exterior projects can safely be done at your home with social distancing.

Here’s what we’ve changed for our customers, as we keep them safe.

• Virtual consultations: Your remodeling project can be designed and estimated over the phone. Your 3D plans can be shared by video conference with our team.
• Showroom visits are now by appointment only.
• Our selection coordinators wear masks and observe proper social distancing. Masks are also provided to our customers.

• We’ve added screening for employees to ensure anyone entering your home does not have a fever.
• We are using reduced crew sizes, to limit the number of people entering the worksite.
• All J&J crews wear masks and gloves where necessary and maintain proper distancing from homeowners.
• We’ve reviewed and enhanced our cleaning and sanitizing methods and use HEPA air cleaners wherever is possible and appropriate.
