We are a family-owned residential remodeling company founded in 1992. Specializing in high-end home additions, kitchens, bathrooms, and various other remodeling projects, we are seeking to welcome new professionals to our team!
We are looking for:
Remodeling Carpenter
This position remains mostly in the field and is on-site during projects to make certain everything runs smoothly and is well-maintained. This is an active, working position. You will also be responsible for any necessary warranty work. In addition to maintaining the quality of the project, you will also keep customers and management informed of the progress of the build. You will be running multiple projects at the same time, so organization is a MUST. This is a VERY hands-on position. This position requires attention to detail, punctuality, dependability and critical thinking
A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required. Please do not apply if you do not have a valid driver’s license.
Skills:
- Finish carpentry
- Cabinetry installation
- Flooring & tile
- Basic drywall & painting
- Ability to perform physically demanding work
- Must be very organized and know how to prioritize tasks
- A team player who can follow instructions
- Problem-solving
- Neat appearance
- Punctual
- Reliable
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be very clean and organized
- Attention to detail is a must, as the quality of work must be outstanding for our clients.
Remodeling Laborer
Support the construction crew in various tasks, ensuring the prompt completion of assigned work to uphold schedule and budget objectives. Execute tasks safely and adhere to all company rules and procedures.
A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required. Please do not apply if you do not have a valid driver’s license.
Skills:
- Ability to perform physically demanding work
- Ability to perform work according to company standards
- A team player who can follow instructions
- Good communication skills
- The ability to read, understand, and follow detailed directions
- Neat appearance
- Reliable
- Must be very clean and organized
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Miscellaneous other duties as required
Duties:
- Demo work as required
- Light framing
- Set up / prep new jobsites
- Close / shut down jobsites
- Keep jobs clean, neat and safe
- Perform back out work or construction
- Check-in customer orders / deliveries
- Keep warehouse and work trucks clean, stocked and organized
- Various handyman / carpentry tasks
