Certainly! You have the freedom to choose specific products for the project. Our selections coordinator in our showroom is there to assist you in making important material choices like cabinetry, tile, countertops, and fixtures. Additionally, we collaborate with local vendors and use their showrooms for other product selections.

Regrettably, we no longer undertake projects where clients provide the materials. In the past, we faced challenges with damaged products and unfamiliar installations. Our partnerships with our vendors help us handle issues like damaged goods, unique installations, and access to product information.

Any adjustments to your project’s scope after signing will go through a “Change Order”.

A Change Order is like a project update – it’s a document that notes any changes to the original construction contract. It spells out what’s different in the scope of work, the extra services needed, and how it affects the project’s budget and timeline.

At J&J Construction, we make things easy by sending Change Orders through our online scheduling and communication software. You can digitally sign them, making it quick to find and review any changes. This keeps you in the loop about the project’s total cost and schedule, ensuring no financial surprises when the project wraps up.
